The person and the philosophy behind NaturoCares.
Registered Naturopathy Practitioner · 10+ years in practice
I've spent more than a decade helping people manage lifestyle conditions — diabetes, digestion, stress, sleep — through practical naturopathy. Not the version that lives in a mountain retreat, but the version that has to work in a busy household, on a real budget, with a family that all eats at the same table.
Over the years, the same questions came up again and again: What can I actually eat? Do I have to cook separately for myself? Is this "cure" I saw online real? NaturoCares is my answer — clear, honest guidance written down into books and guides you can keep and use.
I believe naturopathy works best hand-in-hand with modern medicine, not against it. So everything here is built to support your doctor's care, never to replace it. If a promise sounds too good to be true — a three-day cure, throwing away your medicine — I'll be the first to tell you to be careful.
My goal is quieter and more durable than a miracle: help you make small, steady changes that add up to feeling better, year after year.
See my first bookNo miracle cures, no fear-selling. Just what genuinely helps, explained plainly.
